1. About BrokerPilot

BrokerPilot is a technology platform intended to help property brokers, real estate agents, brokerage firms and authorized users manage leads, customer requirements, properties, follow-ups, site visits, bookings, documents and related business activities.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement. Information supplied during registration must be accurate and kept updated. You are responsible for your account, password, OTP and all activity performed through your credentials.

3. Authorized Business Use

You may use the Service only for lawful property-related and internal business purposes. Organization administrators are responsible for team access, role permissions and removal of users who are no longer authorized.

4. User Data and Customer Information

You retain responsibility for information you enter or upload. You confirm that you have the legal right, authorization or consent needed to collect, store, use and share customer, lead, property-owner, builder, document and communication data through BrokerPilot. You must not upload false, stolen, confidential or unlawfully obtained information.

5. Acceptable Use

You must not:

• Use BrokerPilot for fraud, harassment, unlawful marketing or illegal property activity
• Send spam or contact people without a lawful basis or required consent
• Upload malware, harmful code or content that infringes third-party rights
• Attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineering or disruption of the Service
• Misrepresent property ownership, approvals, availability, pricing or legal status
• Share account credentials or bypass subscriptions, limits or security controls
• Use automated scraping or bulk extraction without written permission

6. Property Listings and Transactions

Unless expressly stated in writing, BrokerPilot does not own, sell, rent, develop, inspect, approve or verify properties listed by users. We are not a party to negotiations, site visits, bookings, payments or agreements between users and third parties.

Users must independently verify ownership, title, encumbrances, approvals, RERA registration where applicable, measurements, pricing, taxes, possession, documents and all other transaction details. BrokerPilot does not guarantee a property, lead, customer, closing, commission or business result.

7. AI and Generated Content

AI features may generate property descriptions, captions, images, posters, reels or suggestions. Generated output can be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable. You must review it before use and remain responsible for factual accuracy, permissions, copyright, advertising claims and legal compliance. Do not use AI output as legal, financial, valuation or investment advice.

8. Communications and Third-Party Platforms

Features that call, email, message, map, publish or share content may depend on third-party services. Their terms and charges may apply. You are responsible for communication consent, templates, opt-outs and compliance with telecom, privacy, anti-spam, advertising and platform policies.

9. Subscriptions, Fees and Taxes

Some features may require a paid plan. Prices, billing periods, limits and taxes will be shown before purchase or agreed separately. Except where required by law or expressly stated, fees already paid are non-refundable. Failure to pay may result in restriction or suspension. App-store or payment-gateway refund rules may also apply.

10. Intellectual Property

BrokerPilot, its software, design, brand, logos, workflows and original platform content are owned by or licensed to the Service operator and are protected by applicable law. These Terms grant only a limited, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the Service. They do not transfer ownership.

You retain rights in content you lawfully upload. You grant us a limited license to host, process, display and transmit it only as needed to operate and improve the Service and fulfill user-requested functions.

11. Privacy

Our collection and handling of Personal Data is described in the BrokerPilot Privacy Policy. You are also responsible for protecting customer information accessible through your account.

12. Availability and Changes

We aim to keep BrokerPilot available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, internet failures, third-party outages, security events or technical problems may interrupt access. Features may be added, changed, limited or discontinued when reasonably necessary.

13. Suspension and Termination

We may restrict or terminate access where there is suspected fraud, unlawful activity, security risk, non-payment, abuse, breach of these Terms or a legal requirement. You may stop using the Service and request account deletion. Before deletion, export any records you are permitted and need to retain.

14. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. BrokerPilot is a business-management tool and does not provide legal, tax, financial, investment, valuation, title-verification or professional brokerage advice. Decisions and transactions remain the responsibility of users.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BrokerPilot and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, loss of profit, commission, opportunity, reputation or data arising from use of or inability to use the Service, third-party conduct, inaccurate user data, failed transactions or unauthorized account access. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

16. Indemnity

You agree to be responsible for claims, losses or expenses arising from your unlawful use of the Service, your content, property representations, customer communications, violation of third-party rights or breach of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

17. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable consumer law, courts having jurisdiction in Nagpur, Maharashtra will have jurisdiction over disputes. Parties should first attempt good-faith resolution by contacting support.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms when features, business practices or legal requirements change. The revised Terms will be posted here with an updated date. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance, subject to applicable law.
